Invitation to a game

구조론은 커다란 그물과 같다. 고래를 잡든 물개를 잡든 상관없다. 한 번 던져진 그물은 당길 수만 있고 풀 수는 없다는 사실이 중요하다. 게임에 뛰어들면 판이 끝날때까지 대결을 멈출 수 없다. 그물을 던질 때는 넓게 벌려야 하고 벼릿줄을 당길 때는 깔때기를 좁혀야 한다. 우리가 얻어야 하는 기세는 그 넓음과 좁음 사이에 비례로 있다. 일을 크게 벌이고 몫을 작게 챙기면 부가가치로 많은 것이 따라온다. 사건은 기세에 의해 다음 게임으로 연결된다. 당장 성과를 내기보다 기세를 얻어 다음 게임에 초대되는 것이 중요하다.

Gujo theory is like a large net. It doesn't matter whether you catch a whale or a seal. It is important to know a fact that a net thrown once only can be pulled not be released. If you jump into the game, you can't stop the confrontation until the end of the game. When throwing a net, you have to open it wide and narrow the funnel when pulling the crest. 공간의 그물은 구構, 시간의 벼리는 조造다. 구構의 그물코를 넓게 벌리고 조造의 벼릿줄을 한결같이 당겨서 커다란 깔대기를 만들어야 한다. 그럴 때 플러스 알파로 기세가 따라온다. 사물은 쪼개봐야 알 수 있지만 기세는 합쳐봐야 알 수 있다는 점에서 접근방법이 다르다는 사실이 중요하다. 사물에는 기세가 없고 사건에는 기세가 있다. 강체는 기세가 없고 유체는 기세가 있다. 결과측에는 기세가 없고 원인측에 기세가 있다. 단절에는 기세가 없고 연결에 기세가 있다.

It is important that the approach is different in that things can be known only by dividing them, but the momentum can be known only by combining them. Things have no momentum, and events have momentum. The rigid body has no momentum, and the fluid has momentum. There is no momentum on the result side, and there is momentum on the cause side. There is no momentum in disconnection, and there is momentum in connection.

기세는 전체의 힘을 한 지점에 몰아준다. 한 지점만 장악하면 되므로 다루기 쉽다. 물질의 기세가 관성이라면, 시장의 기세가 이윤이고, 집단의 기세는 권력이다. 기세는 사건을 연결하므로 만유의 조절장치가 된다. 연결하거나 끊는 방법으로 조절한다. 자동차의 핸들이 되고, 소총의 방아쇠가 되고, 전등의 스위치가 된다. 개인에게는 매력이 기세, 동료간에는 의리가 기세, 기업간에는 경쟁력이 기세, 국가간에는 생산력이 기세, 문명간에는 진보가 기세다.

Spirit drives the entire power to one point. It's easy to handle because you only have to take control of one point. If the momentum of matter is inertia, the momentum of the market is profit, and the momentum of the group is power. The momentum connects events, making it a universal regulator. Adjust by connecting or disconnecting. It becomes the handle of the vehicle, the trigger of the rifle, and the switch of the lamp. Attractiveness among individuals, loyalty between colleagues, competitiveness between companies, productivity between countries, and progress between civilizations.

자연은 기세를 쓰고 인간은 도구를 쓴다. 자연은 기세로 연결하고 인간은 도구로 연결한다. 도구는 중립이다. 좋은 사람이 쓰면 좋아지고 나쁜 사람이 쓰면 나빠진다. 도구는 서로 간에 합이 맞아야 한다. 합을 맞추려면 상대를 존중해야 한다. 그러므로 좋은 사람이 도구를 쓸 확률이 높다. 절구공이는 방아확과 합이 맞아야 한다. 악기는 연주자와 호흡이 맞아야 한다. 좋은 나무가 좋은 연장을 만나야 좋은 가구가 만들어진다. 

Nature uses momentum and humans use tools. Nature connects with momentum, and humans connect with tools. The tool is neutral. It gets better when a good person uses it, and it gets worse when a bad person uses it. Tools must fit together. You have to respect your opponent to work together. Therefore, good people are more likely to use tools. The mortar ball must be in harmony with the millstone. Musical instruments must be in harmony with the performer. Only when good trees meet good tools can good furniture be made.

구조론은 세상 전체를 커버할 수 있는 커다란 그물이다. 큰 그물은 혼자 던질 수 없고 함께 던져야 한다. 도구를 사용하며 서로간에 합을 맞추는 것이 의리다. 큰 그물을 함께 당기게 하는 것이 의리다. 의리를 배웠다면 다 배운 것이다. 의리로 기세를 얻고, 기세로 사건을 연결하여 더 큰 그물을 만드는 방법으로 이길 수 있다.

사람들은 서울로 간다느니 제주도로 간다느니 하며 다툰다. 어디로 가든 상관없다. 이념타령, 노선타령, 관념놀음, 프레임 걸기 부질없다. 이왕 갈것이면 차를 타고 가야 한다. 맨땅에 헤딩하지 말고 도구를 써야 한다. 운전석을 차지하고 핸들을 잡아야 한다. 운전하는 재미를 알면 처음에 멱살잡이 다툼 벌였던 행선지는 중요하지 않다. 당신은 가던 길을 계속 가게 된다. 좋은 악기를 얻은 연주자, 좋은 차를 얻은 운전자, 좋은 도구를 얻은 목수, 좋은 재료를 얻은 요리사는 절대 멈추지 않는다.

People argue that they are going to Jeju Island (or San Francisco) rather than Seoul (New York City). It doesn't matter where you go. Ideological stubbornness, direction obstinateness, ideological games, and frame hanging are useless. If you decide to move, you have to take a car. You should use tools instead of heading to the bare ground. Take the driver's seat and hold the steering wheel. If you know the fun of driving, it doesn't matter where you first fought for the collar. You keep going your way. Performers who get good instruments, drivers who get good cars, carpenters who get good tools, and cooks who get good ingredients never stop.
