Basic structure

하나의 존재는 다섯가지 요소로 이루어진다. 하나라도 모자라면 존재는 불성립이다. 도구라면 날, 손잡이, 몸통, 방향성, 기세가 있다. 칼이라면 칼날과 손잡이가 겹치는 부분을 슴베라고 한다. 슴베는 손잡이에 박혀서 보이지 않지만 그 부분이 취약하므로 목쇠로 보강한다. 대검은 그 부분에 날밑을 끼워 보강하고 손목을 보호한다. 칼은 머리가 뾰족해야 한다. 그것이 방향성이다. 날은 예리해야 한다. 그것이 기세다. 칼을 만들려면 반드시 다섯 가지를 결정해야 한다. 칼등, 손잡이, 슴베, 칼끝, 칼날이다.

Existence consists of five elements. It cannot be established without one of them. A tool has a blade, handle, torso, directionality, and spirit. In the case of a knife, the name ‘tang’ is the part where the handle and blade overlap. Tang cannot be seen because it is embedded in the handle, but the strength of the part is weak, so it is reinforced with rivets. And the sword is reinforced by inserting a swordguard at the part and protects the wrist. The knife should have a pointed tip. That's directionality. The blade should be sharp. That's spirit. To make a knife, you must decide five factors. It is the back of a knife, handle, tang, point, and blade.

관찰해보면 아무리 간단한 구조라도 최소 다섯으로 성립한다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 건물을 짓자면 기둥이 최소 셋은 되어야 한다. 지붕에 대지까지 다섯이 필요하다. 의자 다리는 최소 셋이 되어야 한다. 앉는 방석에 지구의 중력까지 다섯이다. 가장 간단한 구조는 기둥 셋으로 이루어진 사면체다. 외력이 수평에서 작용하므로 둘의 대칭으로 받치고 축이 되는 하나까지 셋에 자체의 질량과 지구의 중력까지 다섯이 있다

Structure consists of five factors, no matter how simple. The simplest structure is a tetrahedron with three columns. The legs of the chair should be at least three, and it also becomes five adding the sitting cushion and gravity. A building also need to at least three columns, and it eventually becomes five in total, adding a roof and land. It’s totally five by two symmetrical supports added to the horizontal external force, one added as axis, last two as its own mass and the Earth's gravity.

자전거는 두 바퀴(대칭)+프레임(축)+핸들(방향성)+속도(기세)로 이루어진다. 사람이 걸어가도 두 발의 대칭에 몸통이 축을 이루고 전진이 방향성에 속도의 기세까지 다섯이다. 하나는 있고, 둘은 변화하고, 셋은 균형을 잡고, 넷은 힘을 몰아주고, 다섯은 외부와 연결한다. 이 중에 하나라도 빠지면 존재가 성립될 수 없다. 우주는 동적환경이므로 그냥 있는 것은 없고 반드시 뭔가 외부와 연결하여 실시간으로 반응하고 있다. 상호작용하고 있다. 같은 반응이 반복되므로 정지한 것처럼 보일 뿐이다.

A bicycle consists of two wheels(symmetry) + frame(axis) + handle(direction) + speed(spirit). A person’s steps are also the same. The five are the symmetry of the two feet, the body forming the axis, the directionality of the forward movement, and the spirit of the speed. One exists, two changes, three balances, four drives the spirit, and five connects to the outside. Without any one of these, existence cannot be established. Since the universe is a dynamic environment, nothing exists without a reason. Something must be connected to the outside and reacted in real time. It's interacting. The same reaction is repeated, so it only appears to be stopped.

다섯이 되는 이유는 자체를 성립시키는 기능과 외부와 연결하는 기능을 동시에 갖추기 때문이다. 컵이라도 안으로는 물을 받아내고 밖으로는 사람과 연결한다. 컵의 테두리 곡선은 사람의 입술 곡선과 닮았다. 숟가락이라도 쥐는 부분과 밥을 뜨는 부분이 있다. 모든 존재는 그냥 있는게 아니라 어떤 둘 사이에서 링크를 거는 것이다. 자동차라도 굴러가는 부분과 사람이 타는 부분을 연결한다. 모든 존재는 내부를 유지하고 외부에 대응하며 내외를 연결하므로 다섯이 된다. 내부+내부변화+내외통일+외부+외부연결의 다섯이다. 안, 밖, 중간, 안쪽연결, 바깥연결이다.

The reason completed with five is because it has a self-establishment function and an external connection function at the same time. The cup holds water inside and connects with people outside. The curved rim of a cup resembles the curve of a human lip. The spoon consists of a bowl for holding rice, which is a self-establishment function, and a handle for connection. Not all beings exist without a reason. It exists because there is a link between something two. The rolling part of the car and the part on which the driver sits are connected. All beings become five because they maintain the inside, respond to the outside, and connect the inside and outside. In other words, it is the five addition of internal + internal change + inside and outside unification + outside + outside connection. It is connection through inside, outside, middle side, connecting inward, and connecting outward.

존재는 변화를 반영하며 변화는 A에서 B로 이행한다. 구조는 그 사이에서 의사결정한다. 받기 - A - 의사결정 - B - 주기로 다섯이 한 세트가 된다. 변화는 변하지 않는 것에 의지해서 변한다. 어떤 것이 변하려면 변하지 않는 것이 뒤에서 받쳐줘야 한다. A가 받쳐주고 B가 변한다. 숟가락 날은 밥을 뜨고 손잡이는 뒤에서 받쳐준다. 칼날은 자르고 손잡이는 뒤에서 받쳐준다. 칼은 요리재료를 상대하고 손잡이는 요리사를 상대한다.

Existence reflects change, and the change shifts from A to B. Structure makes decisions between them. It is a set of receiving – A – Decision making – B – giving. A change changes by relying on fixity. In order for something to change, it must be supported from behind. A supports and B changes. The spoon blade holds rice and the handle supports it from the back. The blade is cut and the handle is supported from the back. The knife deals with the ingredients and the handle deals with the cook.

모든 것은 연결되어 있다. 우주 안의 모든 존재가 어떤 둘을 연결하는 링크라는 사실을 안다면 왜 구조가 다섯인지 알게 된다. 가만있는 돌멩이도 안으로는 스스로를 유지하고 밖으로는 지구의 중력에 대항하므로 다섯이 갖추어져 있다. A와 그 변화, B와 그 변화, 둘을 통일하는 변하지 않는 C가 하나의 존재 단위를 이룬다. 우리는 그 C를 변화시켜 존재를 다룰 수 있다.

Everything is connected. If you know that every existence in the universe is a link connecting any two, you will understand why there are five structures. Even a still stone is equipped with five because it maintains itself on the inside and resists the gravity on the outside. A unit of existence consists of the one unit by A and its change, B and its change, and the unchanging C. You can deal with existence by changing C.
