Error of messenger attack

생텍쥐페리의 어린왕자다. '양 한 마리만 그려줘.' '양은 상자 속에 있어.' 양을 그리지 않고 상자를 그려준다. 어린왕자는 만족한다. 편지를 기다리지 않고 집배원을 기다린다. 메시지는 관심이 없고 메신저에 관심이 있다. 곤란한 질문을 받을 때가 있다. '엄마. 나는 어떻게 태어났어?' '황새가 물어다 줬어.' 황새는 메신저다. 언어는 동사가 메시지고 주어는 메신저다. 동사에 의미가 있다. 그런데 우리는 주어에 의미가 있다고 믿는다. 주어와 목적어가 대칭을 이루면 동사가 축이 된다. 동사가 게임의 이어지는 랠리다. 겉봉에 씌어진 주소를 전달하는게 아니라 내부에 감추어진 편지를 전달하는 것이다. 언어는 주소다. 편지는 의미다.

There is The Little Prince of Saint-Exupéry. “'Please draw a sheep.” “Sheep is in the box.” The narrator drew a box without drawing a sheep. Little prince is satisfied. It is like waiting for the mailman without waiting for the letter. He is not interested in messages but in messengers. You may be asked an embarrassing question. "Mom. How was I born?" “A stork brought you here.” A stork is a messenger. In language, the verb is the message, and the subject is the messenger. There is a meaning to verb. But we believe that the subject is meaningful. When the subject and the object are symmetrical, the verb becomes an axis. The verb is a rally that connects the game. It does not deliver an address written on the cover, but delivers a letter hidden inside. Language is an address. Letter is a meaning.

내로남불 타령 하는 자들이 있다. 메시지를 반박할 수 없을 때는 메신저를 공격하라. 달을 가리키면 손가락을 보라. 검찰개혁을 반박할 수 없으면 조국을 공격하라. 언론개혁을 반박할 수 없으면 김어준을 공격하라. 지구 온난화를 반박할 수 없으면 툰베리를 공격하라. 비열한 주객전도에 바꿔치기 속임수다.

There are people who say romance when I do it and affair when others do it. Attack messenger when you can't refute the message. Look at your fingers when they point to the moon. Attack Joe-kook, former Justice Minister, if you can't refute the reform of prosecution. Attack Kim Eo-jun if you can't refute the reform of media. Attack the Greta Thunberg if you can't refute global warming. This is a dirty trick to put the cart before the horse.

인간은 대칭을 통해 사유한다. 주체와 객체의 대칭으로 대상을 어디로 도망가지 못하게 붙잡아 놓는다. 동사는 움직인다. 움직이면 도망친다. 도망치지 못하게 주어와 목적어로 양쪽에서 포위해야 한다. 인간은 주어나 목적어를 의미로 착각한다. 메신저를 메시지로 착각한다. 황새를 아기로 착각한다. 상자를 양으로 착각한다. 달은 보지 않고 손가락을 째려본다.

Humans think through symmetry. The symmetry of the subject and the object keeps objects from running away. The verb moves. When moving, it runs away. You must surround both sides with the subject and the object so as not to run away. Humans regard subject or object as meaning. They regard messenger as message. They regard the stork as a baby. They regard the box as a sheep. They stare at a finger without looking at the moon.

대칭이 문제다. 사유의 실패는 주체와 객체를 대칭시키고 그 대칭의 끈을 놓지 않기 때문이다. 불교에서 말하는 무아의 경지를 떠올려도 좋다. 나를 배제해야 사건이 객관화 된다. 나를 잊어버려야 한다. 그래야 동사가 포착된다. 주체와 객체를 대칭시키지 말고 객체 안에서 자체의 대칭을 찾아야 한다.

Symmetry can be a problem. The failure of thinking is because you don’t let go the string of symmetry, after making the subject and object into symmetry. Think of an ecstatic state in Buddhism. The event becomes objectified only when you are separated. You have to forget the self. Only then can the verb be detected. Instead of the symmetry of the subject and object, you should find its own symmetry within the object.

생명은 어디에서 왔는가? 진화론이 답을 제시한다. 반대편에 창조설이 있다. 창조설은 생명의 내막을 설명하지 않는다. 생명의 근간이라 할 DNA와 호흡과 에너지 대사에 대해 말하지 않는다. 창조설은 이론이 아니다. 잘 모르겠으니까 신에게 물어보라는 식의 회피기동이다. 그것은 도망치는 것이다. 신은 메시지가 아니라 메신저다. 어린왕자에게 그려준 상자다. '1+2는 얼마지?' '수학자에게 물어보셔.' 이건 답변이 아니다. 나는 어떻게 태어났지? 황새한테 물어봐.

Where did life come from? Theory of evolution suggests the answer. There is creationism on the other side. Creationism doesn't explain the inside story of life. It does not talk about DNA, breathing, and energy metabolism which is the basis of life. Creationism is not a theory. It's an avoidance maneuver that “I don't know well, so ask God.” It's running away. God is not a message but a messenger. It is the box that the pilot drew for the little prince. “How much is 1+2?” “Ask a mathematician.” This is not the answer. “How was I born?” “Ask the stork.”

세상은 무엇으로 이루어졌는가? 생물은 진화론으로 설명된다. 무생물은? 원자설은 얼버무리는 말이다. 원자는 어린왕자의 상자다. 세상의 비밀은 상자 속에 있어. 그런데 그 상자는 열 수 없어. 원자는 쪼갤 수 없어. 우리는 용감하게 어린왕자의 상자를 열어버려야 한다. 원자라고 불리는 '데우스 엑스 마키나'를 깨뜨려야 한다. 메신저를 부정해야 메시지가 포착된다. 손가락을 버려야 달을 볼 수 있다.

What is the world made of? Living things are explained by the theory of evolution. What about inanimate things? Atomic theory is just an avoidance maneuver. The atom is the box of the little prince. The secret of the world is in the box. But you can't open it. But you have to bravely open it. Atoms can't be split. But You have to break the 'Deus X Machina' called the atom. The message is captured only when the messenger is denied. You need to remove the finger to see the moon.

세상은 구조다. 의사결정구조가 메시지다. 동사가 메시지다. 바람이 부는 것이 아니라 부는 그것이 바람이다. 부는 것은 동사다. 동사는 움직인다. 움직임을 반영하는 것은 메커니즘이다. 부는 메커니즘이 바람이다. 동사의 움직임을 주어라는 상자에 가두는 것이 언어다. 상자를 꽉 붙들고 놓지 않기 때문에 상자 안에 들어있는 진리를 보지 못한다.

The world is a structure. The structure of decision-making is the message. The verb is the message. The wind does not blow, but something blowing is the wind. Blowing is verb. Verb is moving. It is the mechanism that reflects moving. The mechanism by blowing is wind. It is a language to lock the verb's movement in a box called subject. Because you hold the box tight and don't let go, you cannot find the truth contained in it.

언어의 진실은 동사이며 동사는 변화를 반영한다. 우리는 그것을 명사로 포장하고, 문장으로 한 번 더 포장하고, 명제로 다시 한 번 포장하고, 담론으로 한 번 더 포장한다. 네겹 포장지를 벗겨야 진실이 드러난다. 달을 가리키는데 손가락을 쳐다보며 포장지를 메시지라고 끝끝내 우기는 자는 때려죽여야 한다.

The truth of language is the verb, and the verb reflects the change. People wrap it in nouns, wrap it once more in sentences, wrap it once more in propositions, and wrap it once more in discourse. The truth comes out only when you peel off four layers of wrapping paper. Anyone, who looks at a finger pointing to the moon and who insists that the wrapping paper is a message, must be beaten to death.
